How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 24 business hours from our Boulder, CO warehouse. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days in the contiguous US. Expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you don't love your tent, return it in new condition for a full refund. We also offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
How do I care for my tent?
Always allow your tent to dry completely before storage. Clean with a soft brush and mild soap — never use a washing machine. Store loosely (not in its stuff sack) for long periods.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For international inquiries, please reach out to hello@beaconherm.com and we'll help you find a local retailer.
